Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jorgen Kruth (ranked 516 p4p, 874 weight class) and Ricky Greene (ranked 38 p4p, 63 weight class). Kruth's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Black Hole Sun- Soundgarden. Greene has chosen Stepdad- Eminem as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jorgen Kruth!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Ricky Greene!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Hirohito Nitta and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greene lands with a shot to the body.
Greene moves out of range as Kruth strikes.
Greene ducks under a wild hook from Kruth.

Kruth scores with a takedown into Greene's guard.

Greene working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kruth doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kruth manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Kruth got a little sloppy there for a moment and Greene has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kruth has managed to get both his arms back between Greene's legs - danger averted.

Kruth tries to clinch but Greene moves out of range.

Kruth closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Kruth seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Greene does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Kruth shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Greene pinned against the cage. Greene gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Greene drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Kruth defends it well.

Kruth looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Greene is fending him off so far but Kruth persists. Nope, Greene circles away and we're back to standing.

We've been hearing good reports from Kruth's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Greene paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Greene throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Kruth escapes and throws Greene's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Kruth thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Kruth is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Greene has escaped the position, nice work there.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Greene is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Kruth's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Greene is trying to maintain the position but Kruth is very close to passing his half guard.

Greene is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kruth pulls his head out easily.
