Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 19 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Boomer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 10 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Turner Meeks! The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boomer throws a sloppy head kick and Meeks moves out of range easily. Boomer misses with a body kick. Meeks swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Boomer slips a jab from Meeks. Mike Boomer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Meeks connects with a good right hand that stumbles Boomer. Boomer circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Boomer throws out a loose jab but Meeks uses good head movement to avoid it. Boomer uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
It looks like Turner Meeks has been cut. Boomer gets in close and instigates a clinch. Boomer lands a body shot in the clinch.

Still in the clinch, Boomer scores with a nice short uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boomer prevents Meeks from breaking the clinch. Meeks throws a head punch that misses. Still in the clinch, Boomer scores with a nice short uppercut. Boomer lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Boomer lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. This has been an exciting period of action! Meeks tries to work over Boomer's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Boomer looks to throw an elbow but misses. Boomer avoids the elbow strike from Meeks, against the cage.

Meeks looks winded! Boomer lands a left hand that snaps the head of Meeks backwards. Meeks misses with a punch on the inside.
Meeks tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Meeks tries to land knees in the clinch but Boomer avoids the damage to the body. Boomer lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Meeks backwards. Boomer prevents Meeks from breaking the clinch. A nice glancing elbow lands by Boomer. Boomer tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Meeks avoids it. Good body shot from Boomer.

That has opened up Turner Meeks's cut even more. Boomer lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Meeks backwards.
Meeks is rocked! Boomer scores with a shot to the side of Meeks's head. Meeks is still on wobbly legs! Can Boomer finish him? This has been an exciting period of action! Boomer lands a big knee to the head and Meeks goes down! Boomer pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!

After the fight, Mike Boomer was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly. Turner Meeks spoke after the fight, saying 'I blame the Ivermectin'.
