Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gunner Bond (ranked 10 p4p, 123 weight class) and Vinicius Honorio (ranked 2 p4p, 18 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Honorio's choice of entrance music: Through the Darkness by Vinicius Honorio. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 25 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gunner Bond!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vinicius Honorio!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honorio throws a nice looking combination but Bond bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bond looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Honorio closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bond to the mat! Bond manages to get full guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Gunner Bond.
