Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Hoodoo Brown!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 11 - 3, fighting out of London, Magnus Larsen!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larsen uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Brown.
Larsen tests Brown's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Magnus Larsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Larsen.
Brown displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Larsen throws out the jab.
Larsen ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Larsen fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Brown decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Brown throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Brown is trying to control. Larsen wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Brown seems to be looking for submissions.
Larsen is staying active underneath Brown, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Brown is really struggling to control Larsen but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Brown seems to be working for a kimura but Larsen defends the submission attempt.
Brown slows the pace down in half guard.
Brown wants to pass to mount but Larsen is defending the position.
Brown prevents Larsen from improving his position.
Brown is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Brown is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Brown has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Larsen defend it? Brown steps over the head and cranks it - Larsen is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Brown!
