Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Roberto (ranked 34 p4p, 69 weight class) and Johnny Albatross (ranked 3 p4p, 8 weight class). Roberto comes into the arena with Samba de Roda blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Albatross swats away the attempt to clinch by Roberto.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Albatross is trying to push Roberto away but Roberto has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Roberto connects with a nasty looking knee right to Albatross's face.
Roberto lands a left hand that snaps the head of Albatross backwards.
Albatross pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Roberto is rocked!
Roberto is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Oh Roberto is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Albatross swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Roberto moves in looking to clinch but Albatross pushes him off.
Roberto seems to have got his legs back now.

Albatross cracks Roberto with a hook to the temple - Roberto is on wobbly legs here! Albatross swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Roberto falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Albatross wins by TKO!
