Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ezekiel Marley (ranked 1 p4p, 35 weight class) and Takeda Shida (ranked 1 p4p, 4 weight class). Marley kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is WANTED. Takeda Shida will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Marley ducks under a wild hook from Shida.
Marley thinks about countering with a body kick.

Marley has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Ezekiel Marley's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Marley looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Shida throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oh Marley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Shida counters with a huge right that knocks Marley out cold! Shida is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Takeda Shida!
