Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ivan Jankovic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jones Anderson!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jankovic.
Anderson throws an overhand right that lands on Jankovic's shoulder, as Jankovic tries to avoid the shot.
Jankovic swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Anderson's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jankovic under the eye.
We've been told by Jankovic's head coaches at Convicted Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

It looks like Jones Anderson has been cut.
A nice leg kick from Anderson, right into the meat of the thigh.
Jankovic walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Anderson checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Jones Anderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slapping leg kick lands for Anderson.
We've been informed that Anderson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
