Child prodigy, Brian Marais, was the youngest student ever to be enrolled at Stellenbosch University at only 15 years of age. He completed his M.Sc degree in Chemistry in 2 years and is currently working on his Doctorate degree in Biomolecular Chemistry. He was bullied as a child because of his small stature and started taking martial arts lessons. "Brilliant" Brian is a quiet person, but is known for his short temper. He was approached by Hunter Johnson in 2018 to pursue a career in MMA.
