Born and raised in Los Angeles' Crenshaw neighborhood, Joshua Madison learned to fend for himself from a young age. With his father getting shot by a police officer when he was only 6, he never had an easy time growing up in a single parent household. Serving as an outlet for all his pent up pain and frustrations, Joshua discovered the sport of wrestling at 9 years of age and the sport of MMA when he was 16. And the rest, as they say, is history.
