Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Desmond Galli! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Zion Moore! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Galli swings for the body but Moore moves out of range.
Galli connects with a right hand. Moore shakes it off. Moore shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Galli defends it nicely. Moore dodges the punch combination from Galli.
Moore is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Galli misses with a looping right. Galli swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Moore takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Galli's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Galli duly obliges. Galli misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Moore.
Galli looks to throw the jab but Moore is out of range. It seemed like Moore was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Galli darts in and clinches Moore up against the cage. A shot in the inside from Galli. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Moore goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

I was talking to Galli's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Galli working aggressively here.
Galli lands with a right to the head. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Galli as Moore tries to tie him up. Moore is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Galli misses with a short punch on the inside. Moore's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Moore jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Galli walks away with a smile on his face. Moore gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Galli lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Moore goes for a double leg but Galli avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Galli continues to drive forward. Desmond Galli has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zion Moore. Moore misses with a head kick.
Moore looks to land a combination but Galli avoids it well. Moore ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Galli moves away. Galli wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Galli feints with a jab and clips Moore right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Moore is sent crashing into the canvas and Galli leaps in for the kill! Moore tries to get to his feet but Galli is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Moore is in need of a savior and steps in!

With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Brock Lesnar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sergeant Dick! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lesnar tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dick sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lesnar somewhat. Sergeant Dick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dick moves into the clinch successfully.
Dick swings wildly with an uppercut but Lesnar uses good head movement to avoid it. Dick breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Dick ducks under a wild hook from Lesnar. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dick misses with a hook. Lesnar feinted with a counter takedown. Dick jabbing away but nothing is landing. Dick throws out a loose jab but Lesnar uses good head movement to avoid it. Dick misses with an uppercut. Dick fails in his attempt to clinch. Lesnar half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Lesnar throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Dick escapes and throws Lesnar's legs to the side, diving into side control! Lesnar is looking to reverse the position. Lesnar is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Lesnar looking for submissions from an awkward position here. He has the arm isolated but Dick is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Dick felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Lesnar tries for a kimura but Dick is defending well.

Lesnar swings around for an armbar but Dick sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Lesnar's guard. Lesnar working from the bottom, still in full guard. Lesnar steps over the head and cranks it - Dick is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Lesnar!

Ristinen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Ristinen stopping the sweep attempt from Hargrave.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Ristinen throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hargrave works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Hargrave is looking to cinch up a triangle. Ristinen throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Hargrave's body to avoid the submission. Hargrave has instead reached around Ristinen's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Hargrave arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rusev changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Seto looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Rusev working the body and head with strikes. Seto is looking for a sweep. Seto is trying to control Rusev's posture but Rusev avoids it. Rusev is putting a hurting on Seto here, landing some big shots from side control. Seto is trying to control Rusev's posture but Rusev avoids it. Seto is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Seto avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Rusev. Seto is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Seto definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Rusev stopping the sweep attempt from Seto. Seto is controlling Rusev's posture. Rusev has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Rusev landing with the ground and pound.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Munson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Bob feinted there with a counter leg kick. Bob uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Munson. Munson scores with a punch to the head. Munson misses with a leg kick and Bob finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Bob half committed to a counter leg kick. Munson closes the distance and clinches. Bob lands a left hand.
