A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Widenose.
Widenose changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nickel tries to avoid it but Widenose manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nickel to the ground. Nickel escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Chip Nickel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bofur Widenose.
Nickel thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Widenose if he has to take too many more of those.

Nickel knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Widenose on the ground.

Nickel wants to control position but Widenose is using a can opener to pass guard... He's turned it into a full on guillotine from mount now! Big trouble for Nickel here! He's turning a lovely shade of purple and yep! He's tapping out! I would say world class Jiu Jitsu but is it really? It was nice but let's not get silly about it.
