Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tahboule Alawi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Frost! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frost tries to close the distance and clinch but Alawi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A counter left hand to the body from Alawi misses its target. Frost moves into the clinch. Alawi is looking to take this one to the mat. Alawi goes for a takedown attempt but Frost pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
John Frost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Frost fails with an attempt to clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Alawi to score an easy takedown into full guard. Alawi is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Alawi is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Frost will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Frost stops Alawi from passing to mount. He's tossed Frost clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Frost is trying to shake Alawi off. He's managed it and has hopped back to his feet! Lamez swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Santana will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Lamez jabs. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Madden displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kursiwa throws out the jab. Despite the aggression on Madden's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Kursiwa tries to clinch and Madden connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Kursiwa lands a jab to the nose. Kursiwa moves out of range of the strikes. Kursiwa slips a jab from Madden. Tyrann Madden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Madden slaps away a takedown attempt from Kursiwa, before circling back to the center of the mat. Madden lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kursiwa at a distance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nadadora throws a series of punches but Silva avoids them all with ease. A nice combination there by Nadadora.

Dye comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. A lazy left from Dye finds it's target. Dye lands a glancing blow to the side of Bradley's head. Dye looks to score with a jab to the body but Bradley is just out of range. Dye slips a jab from Bradley. Dye misses with a hook. Bradley lands with a straight right. Dye didn't see that one coming. Dye swings and misses with a shot to the body and Bradley counters with a stiff right hand. Bradley drops Dye with a beautiful combination! Dye stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Bradley is looking for the KO! Dye is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dye throws out a loose jab but Bradley uses good head movement to avoid it. Oh Dye is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Bradley has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Bradley has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Bradley ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Bradley measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Dye! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
