Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Kerr was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Outlaw lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Outlaw misses with a body shot.

Khan misses with an uppercut. Outlaw saw that one coming.
Khan fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Khan lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Ghengis Khan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Khan drops Outlaw with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Outlaw looks back up at him and smiles so Khan waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Khan closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Outlaw! Khan dives in looking to finish! Outlaw is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Temidare dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Lovanov stiff and motionless on the mat!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pinkman is looking to take a break and control but Kwong is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Kwong gets back to full guard.
Pinkman seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pinkman is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kwong is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kwong has escaped and now he's on top!
