Tyres Widforss told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abarai lands a nice leg kick that just misses Widforss's sensitive parts.

Widforss shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Abarai's guard.

Widforss has gone for a leg lock! Abarai slips out almost immediately though and dives into Widforss's guard.


Abarai got a little sloppy there for a moment and Widforss has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Abarai has managed to get both his arms back between Widforss's legs - danger averted.
