Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Billy Conforto (ranked 1575 p4p, 2102 weight class) and Khadem Abdul Karim (ranked 207 p4p, 265 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Conforto might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Alabama- Bishop Gunn. Abdul Karim has chosen Window (Where The Sea Falls Forever) - Jucifer as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdul Karim shoots in looking for a takedown but Conforto manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Abdul Karim's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Conforto lands a big uppercut and Abdul Karim crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Abdul Karim looks OK. Conforto waves Abdul Karim back to his feet!
No joy there for Conforto, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Abdul Karim shoots in for a takedown but Conforto shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Conforto was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Conforto throws a solid leg kick but Abdul Karim takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Conforto.
Abdul Karim replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Conforto blocks it well.

Conforto throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Abdul Karim stumbling backwards into the cage! Abdul Karim bounces back off the cage towards Conforto, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Conforto lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Conforto celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
