Wallace fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Munson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Durand crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Mjölnir - the referee stops the clock and Durand gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Mjölnir. Durand manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between JD Drake (ranked 1542 p4p, 1162 weight class) and BIg Cholo (ranked 85 p4p, 65 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Drake might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Born in the USA by - Bruce Springstein. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, JD Drake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, BIg Cholo!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Chris Edwards and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cholo thows a left - swing and a miss!

Drake cracks Cholo with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Cholo looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away can Drake finish him?
It looks like BIg Cholo has been cut.
Drake throws a hook to the side of Cholo's head but Cholo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Cholo looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Drake throws a jab when Cholo was well out of range.

Drake cracks Cholo with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Drake has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Cholo to stand back up!
Cholo is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Drake drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Cholo's head, knocking him out cold! Drake is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). JD Drake!
JD Drake decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
