The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boy scores with a nice head shot.
It looks like Ville Valo has been cut.
Valo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Boy.
Boy swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Valo.
Valo moves out of range of the strikes.
Valo tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Boy. Valo does a little dance to reset his feet.
Boy throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Valo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Devereaux moves in looking to clinch but Seal pushes him off.
Seal was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Seal ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Seal no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Devereaux wants to lay and pray for a moment but Seal keeps working.
You can see the frustration on Seal's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Devereaux is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Seal is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Matt Seal showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Seal, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamasaki shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Zapina as he jumps to the side.
Yamasaki throws a shot from downtown. Zapina moves away and avoids it.
Zapina is trying to counter with his kicks.
Yamasaki lands a really nice looking cross but Zapina seems unphased.
Yamasaki throws a hook but Zapina blocks it.
Zapina thinks about the counter body kick.
Zapina walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Yamasaki scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Yamasaki looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Zapina is trying to get back to half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Zapina can do anything to dispel that myth.

Yamasaki has hold of Zapina's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Zapina seems comfortable defending it but Yamasaki has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Zapina is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Zapina is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Yamasaki couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Inhanamoto swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Mferi doesn't manage to clinch there - Inhanamoto circles away.

It looked like Inhanamoto was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Mferi.

Malig Mferi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Inhanamoto throws a series of punches but Mferi avoids them all with ease.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Inhanamoto batters Mferi with a massive right followed by a huge left! Mferi is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Inhanamoto lands a final crushing right hand to drop Mferi to the mat with a gruesome thud! Inhanamoto is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
